Telemarketer (Beauty)

Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

• Calling warm leads who have shown interest in services closely
• Schedule appointments and arrange for rescheduling, if necessary.
• Attend to customer enquiries
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge about services - training will be provided
• Calling of existing customers whenever necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments

• Experience in beauty telemarketing or sales is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong phone etiquette and the ability to speak clearly and confidently
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Min 1 years of relevant experience in telemarketing/sales
• Good track record of turn ups
• Proficient with Excel
