Overview

UNA Internationale Trading Corporation , located in Tayud, Lilo-an, Cebu, is looking for an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team. As a telemarketer, you will build and develop relationships with existing customers to promote the hardware and fishing line products including PE pipes, fittings, and so on.

Responsibilities

• Calls existing customers to sell the products of the company
• Shares selling points for the products of the company
• Answers questions from customers about the products
• Recommends and cross-sells products, based on customer needs
• Completes orders and notifies the appropriate department
• Takes detailed call notes and records feedback from customers
• Keeps contact and financial information confidential
• Work closely with the sales supervisor to establish and meet sales goals
