Telemarketer (Hybrid)

5 days work per week (Hybrid work arrangement) South Working Location Competitive Remuneration Package As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for the following duties: Actively calling potential customers from company-provided leads to introduce insurance products. Scheduling appointments for financial consultants or agents. Promoting insurance products, cross-selling/upselling, and managing policy renewals. Answering inquiries, explaining policy benefits, and maintaining high customer experience standards. Recording customer interactions accurately in CRM systems. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in telemarketing / tele-sales experience.
