This role requires confidence, clarity, persuasion, active listening, and the ability to stay focused on outcomes.

At Bits Generation, Telemarketing Agents help drive customer outreach efforts by making calls, following scripts or campaign guidelines, recording conversation outcomes, and maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
