Telemarketing Executive

Job Description Summary: Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative sales tasks, places outbound calls which are basic and routine, uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting, may answer inquiries and resolve problems, and requires a developing knowledge of the organization, products, and services. Understands simple instructions and procedures and performs telemarketing duties under direct instruction and close supervision. The role typically reports to international markets and is eligible for sales incentive compensation.
