Telemarketing Executive

What You'll Do

Conduct telemarketing calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
Schedule appointments with prospects, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
Respond to inquiries and build rapport to secure confirmed appointments.
Promote and clearly explain company services through calls and other communication channels.
What We're Looking For

Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in any discipline
Open to fresh graduates, experienced professionals, and interns
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, particularly for engaging Chinese-speaking clients
Positive mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
