Telemarketing Executive (SME Loan Appointment Setter) - Mandarin Speaker WFH

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Telemarketing Executive to conduct outbound calls to SME business owners to introduce our SME financing solutions. The role focuses on securing appointments for our Financial Consultants and assisting in collecting required documents for loan application processing. No fieldwork required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to SME business owners daily
• Introduce SME loan / financing solutions clearly and confidently
• Identify potential business financing needs
• Secure appointments for Financial Consultants
• Follow up with prospects via phone / WhatsApp / email
• Guide clients on required loan documents (NOA, bank statements, financial statements, etc.)
• Collect and ensure completeness of documents before submission
• Update CRM accurately
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets
