SalaryAED 3,500 - 5,000 + performance-based incentives
Responsibilities- High-volume outbound calling
- Qualify leads and book agent appointments
- Consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Accurate CRM updates
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
- Proven telemarketing or telesales experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven, resilient, and disciplined
- CRM and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus
