**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Telemetry Charge Nurse** at Arizona General Hospital - Mesa, you will provide critical oversight of nursing activities during a specific shift, serving as a vital resource to staff and ensuring optimal patient flow. This leadership role is central to assuring appropriate resource utilization, providing direct patient care as needed, and ensuring quality care in a patient-satisfying manner.

Every day you will coordinate patient flow within the unit to facilitate timely and effective care, utilizing the Clinical Response Team (CRT) as appropriate.
