Opportunity Description
**Description:**
To increase customer satisfaction by providing prompt, correct, trouble free and courteous communications support for hotel guests and hotel employees by operating hotel communications systems in line with the hotel’s guidelines, and Hyatt corporate guidelines and service concepts.
**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
