Job Description
- Operate and manage a high-volume, multilingual switchboard (French/English required; additional languages are a plus), ensuring seamless call handling and exceptional service at all times
- Oversee the CISCO system, including call routing, message handling via the operator console, and support for senior management and executive-level communications
- Handle all interactions with the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism, particularly when dealing with VIPs and senior stakeholders
