Join Government Transformation Services as a Telephony Team Analyst and take the lead in supporting the Isle of Man Government’s mobile, telephony and device estate. You will handle support tickets, manage iPads and mobile hardware, maintain key systems such as Airwatch, Samsung Knox, Apple DEP, InTune and Cisco Call Manager, and visit sites across Government to resolve issues face‑to‑face.
