Shift Schedule:

• Daytime: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal holidays)
• WHEN Coverage: Weekends, Holidays, Evenings & Nights - 24/7 availability required for STAT, Urgent, and Routine exams

Certifications:

• Board Certification in Radiology (ABR) - required
• Current full and unrestricted State Medical License - required
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) - required
• DEA Certificate - if currently held, must be disclosed during credentialing

Education: Medical Degree with completion of Accredited Radiology Residency Program (ACGME or AOA accredited)
