My client, a leading provider of integrated business solutions in Southern Africa, is looking for Telesales Consultants for their offices in Paarl. This is an office-based position.

Duties & Responsibilities Support the External Sales Representatives Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers Effectively deal with telephone enquiries requesting quotations for products Compile information on the desired products including prices from external suppliers Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary Meet and exceed the agreed specific performance objectives Ensure all orders received are entered onto the system accurately Keep the external sales team informed of any developments relevant to their accounts Ensure that all customer complaints, issues, and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion Desired Experience & Qualification Experience and knowledge of ICT consumables Desirable ...
