The candidate will be responsible for promoting our services/products over the phone, managing lead documentation, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Promote and explain company products/services to prospective clients via outbound and inbound calls.
Maintain accurate documentation of calls, customer feedback, and lead status.
