Opportunity Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating sales leads, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into successful sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product/service information. Generate and qualify leads through tele calling activities. Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers. Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly. Coordinate with field sales and other departments for smooth order processing.
