Telesales Executive

Requirements
SPM and above (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Good communication skills in English;
Mandarin is an added advantage
Sales-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls and follow up with potential and existing customers
Promote and explain products/services to customers professionally
Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets
Handle customer enquiries via calls, emails, and other communication channels
Ensure positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Benefits
Basic salary RM2,500 – RM2,700 + allowances + non-capped commission
