Role Purpose

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients, conducting outbound calls, and ensuring accurate client data management. The role supports business development and client retention efforts and serves as a developmental position with potential progression into a full-time recruitment role.

Key Responsibilities

Update, manage, and maintain client records on internal databases
