Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Call warm leads, including parents who have already engaged with advertisements or submitted inquiries.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand each family's needs, goals, budget, and urgency.
- Present and recommend suitable tutoring or online learning packages.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, including follow-ups, objection handling, callbacks, and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate lead, call, follow-up, and sales activity records within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Build rapport with parents and represent the company professionally and with care.
- Work closely with Team Leaders, trainers, and quality teams to improve sales performance.
- Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, roleplays, and ongoing performance development.
