Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, handle customer calls, explain products or services, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into business opportunities. Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain products/services clearly and answer basic queries.
• Follow up on leads regularly to improve conversions.

• Coordinate with the sales team for closures and updates.
