Key Responsibilities:

Handle 50–80 inbound & outbound calls daily Convert warm leads into confirmed orders Follow up with prospects and maintain lead pipeline Coordinate orders and tasks through CRM Dispatch sample kits and track conversions Maintain daily MIS and CRM reports Generate repeat business and cross-sell opportunities

Eligibility:
