TEM & 3D Tomography Intern: Nano-Scale Materials Research

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is offering an internship focused on advanced research in semiconductor technology. Interns will gain hands-on experience in preparing 3D NAND samples using FIB techniques and will execute 3D electron tomography experiments.
