Job Description

To supervise the Contract Account Unit (CAU) of Accounts and Supplies Division

To process/review contract payments, accounting journals, allocation warrants and other financial and accounting matters

To ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and saf4 custody of contract documents

To review and ensure the supplies records are properly updated and monthly expenditure reports are timely prepared

To handle enquiries from project offices and administrative duties as necessary

To conduct fee reviews

To undertake any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent

Level 4 or above in English Language and Chinese Language of HKDSEE, or equivalent

With at least 5 years full-time working expereinces is a must
