A well-established public entity is seeking to appoint a Temp Legal & Compliance Practitioner. Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience:
LLB degree. Minimum 5 years post-admission experience. Admission as an attorney or advocate of the High Court (admitted legal practitioner). Experience in drafting and vetting a variety of complex agreements. Advanced knowledge of SCM legislation, policies, and processes applicable in the public sector or entity. Positive attitude. Innovative thinking skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
