Job Scope
- Administrative Support – Manage Case Management system admin operations including role assignments, basic report generation and category maintenance.
- Assist with corporate gifts management and coordination.
- Assist with adding and removing of Billing Contacts for organisations.
- Prepare outgoing mail (registered, local and overseas) for postage.
- Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups with proper record keeping.
- Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery and pickup completion.
- Provide professional customer service by responding to enquiries across CSC service touchpoints within Service Level Agreement.
- Handle customer enquiries, support Level 1 on clarifications where required, and assess and route/escalate cases to appropriate teams (Level 2 / Level 3) in accordance with established workflows. ...
