Temp Toolmaker (1 Month)

Key Performance Indicators:

• Maintain all Injection moulds
• Ensure that all tools are prepared and available for production when required
• Ensure repairs and services to tooling are in accordance with company guidelines
• Report defects and repairs by filling in control documents
• Report any deviations to management
• Upkeep and maintenance of Toolroom equipment and machinery 5S

Minimum Requirements:
• N3 plus Trade Certificate minimum
• 3 to 5 years’ working experience as a qualified toolmaker with Injection Moulding experience
• Technical Knowledge in the Injection mould industry
• Experience working with large moulds up to 50 tons
• Heavy Duty Crane License would be an added advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of working with tools with hot runners, grained surfaces and 2K materials
is a requirement
• Required to work shifts
