Provide frontline support by assisting visitors and patients with registration, wayfinding, and general enquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience within the hospital. Job Responsibilities
. Welcome and guide visitors and patients at the lobby . Assist with registration at kiosks and entry systems . Manage queues and ensure smooth crowd flow . Provide directions and general assistance . Handle enquiries and feedback professionally . Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment .
