Summary
Assists with the administrative and accounting functions related to the services and programs offered by the Department. Aids with planning, coordinating, and implementing efficient ADR training and education services throughout Texas. Displays excellent customer service skills and general knowledge of office procedures. Minimal travel may be required.
Essential Duties
- Assists with answering the main phone line and relaying accurate messages to other staff members
- Checks and distributes general mail, emails, and faxes
- Logs money received by Department
- Creates invoices for departmental customers
- Researches requests by vendors regarding amounts owed and specific invoices
