Opportunity Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in both English and French
- Organise files, maintain records, and ensure documentation is up to date
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Proven experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary, or similar role in the legal sector
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) - essential
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
