+ Ensure customer contact information is accurate and up to date.
+ Validate customer account attributes and maintain appropriate customer flags (e.g., Portal Customer).
+ Maintain and update key customer contact roles, including PORESP, PORESPCL, eBilling, and Dunning contacts.
+ Monitor and track early payment discounts.
+ Manage document uploads and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) on Ariba.
