Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Librarian to catalogue and arrange an extensive collection of books in our office. The primary responsibility is to implement and maintain a logical organizational system that enhances storage efficiency and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Catalogue all items stored on office metal shelving.
- Organize shelving using a clear and consistent system such as the Dewey Decimal system.
- Ensure all materials are logically arranged and easy to locate.
- Label shelves and contents as needed to maintain seamless organization.
- Review and optimize existing storage processes for improved efficiency.
