Temporary Principal Associate (Partner Outreach) (Tampines)

Support partner outreach and engagement efforts by maintaining accurate partner records, conducting outreach activities, and coordinating communications with employers and stakeholders.

• Conduct outbound calls to verify and update partner contact information
• Maintain and update records in the database accurately
• Follow up with employers on engagement opportunities and activities
• Support employer engagement and outreach initiatives
• Prepare basic reports and maintain communication recordsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
