We have various roles in UBI & Greenwich location for Call Centre Customer Service roles!
Job Scope:

• Attend to queries via phone call or emails
• Proactive in answering calls or replying to emails
• Training will be provided
• Working hours: UBI - 8:30am to 5:30pm (M-F) / 8:30am to 1pm (Sat); Greenwich: 10am to 2pm / 11am to 3pm (M-F); Training: 9am to 6pm

• Min A Level / Higher NITEC
• Proficient in email replying
• Comfortable & confident with handling calls, able to type & answer enquiries concurrently
