Assistant Manager, Tenancy & Licence Management
(What you will be working on)
- Manage the assigned portfolio of tenancies/licences, for the optimal use of State land and properties.
- Evaluate applications and proposals from tenants/licensees, and conduct consultations with agencies.
- Formulate and review policies to achieve desired results for better management of the tenancies/licenses.
- Conduct process-reviews, so as to streamline processes and shift processes to the technological platform.
- Maintain good relations with tenants/licensees, through proper follow ups on customers’ requests, prompt response to enquiries, etc.
- Relevant discipline in Real Estate or related studies
