Our client is a specialist not for profit housing organisation providing supportive and affordable housing to individuals and families who have experienced, or are at risk of, homelessness.

They deliver housing across both single site and dispersed site models and work closely with partner organisations to provide wraparound support services.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role oversees the delivery and day to day management of residential tenancies across the organisation.

End to end tenancy management across a residential portfolio

Tenant sign ups, lease administration, renewals, and exits

Coordinating intake, eligibility assessments, and housing allocations

Supporting tenants to sustain tenancies through early intervention...
