About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team at Mildmay House. This key post contributes to the delivery of Salvation Army Homes services to its residents, ensuring a resident‑focused service within our corporate aims and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate tenancy management and rent collection to secure effective housing management income.
- Ensure fair access, process applications, conduct relevant background checks, and allocate vacant properties.
- Maintain availability of supported move‑on accommodation, keeping vacant property turnover time minimised.
- Upkeep H&S and property standards and deliver excellent services as a team member.
- Support residents in sustaining tenancies while housed in move‑on properties and during their transition out of the scheme.
