Adullam has opportunities available to join our national award-winning support team in Stoke. This role is a full-time, 37.5-hour week with a shift pattern of 7.5 hours a day between 8 am and 10 pm and includes some weekend working.
About the Role – Tenancy Sustainment Officer
The main purpose of this role is to provide housing‑management related support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a service for those who have lost their home or been rough‑sleeping. You will be responsible for assessing people for the scheme against criteria, ensuring the standard of their homes post‑move through safety tasks and inspections, and assisting service users to develop skills for managing a home via budgeting and financial inclusion work.
