Tenant Migration Architect - SharePoint Online/ODSP

Kyndryl is looking for a Foundation Lead to define migration standards for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. This role involves creating runbooks, establishing validation patterns, and supporting pilot migrations. Candidates should have experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations, operational knowledge of SharePoint Online, and strong documentation skills.

This role requires high attention to quality and the ability to communicate risks effectively while coordinating with various stakeholders. Expected business hours are primarily UK-based with some out-of-hours support during migration periods.
