Tender Executive

Monitor new tender opportunities (government & private) relevant to company offerings. · Identify, download, and track tenders on e-procurement portals ( IREPS, GeM, CPP, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, , etc.). · Study tender documents, technical specifications, and BEC/PQC requirements. · Coordinate preparation of bid documents by gathering technical, financial, and credential inputs (certifications, registrations, past projects, etc.). · Prepare and compile complete bid packages — BOQ, technical sheets, annexures, and pricing schedules. · Work with technical, operations, and finance teams to finalize proposals including timelines, budgets, and cost estimates. · Participate in pre-bid meetings and facilitate pre-qualification processes. · Ensure timely bid submission (online/offline) and confirm receipt. · Handle post-bid activities — clarification replies, price-bid openings, and follow-ups. · Maintain a database of all tenders — live, won, lost — with outcomes, competitor insights, and renewal s...
