Tendering Expert - French Speaking

Your Mission: Analyse reasonably complex RFQs (Request For Quotation) within core business and with few unreleased contents and prepares costing as per processes and tools. Prepare offer documentation consistent with Delegation of Authority, validation in bFO. Perform advanced risk analysis. Drafts mono-BU / moderate size / complexity tenders (Cat-A/B). Support the Opportunity Leader during customer negotiations and closing of the deal. Your Role: Analyse RFQs (Request for Quotation) from Customer Assist Account Manager (Sales) during technical and commercial clarification pertaining proposal with clients. Follow Schneider Electric Tendering governance process. Participate in S1/ SOC/RSOC/P0 review calls. Work with Cross Functional Teams including finance, contracts, procurement, SRM, legal, etc. Prepare design schemes and solutions (point schedules, system architectures, BOQ’s etc) based on the requirements and client requests.
