Tendering Manager

The role supports the full pre-contract procurement lifecycle — from tender preparation to bid evaluation and contract award — for major real estate and infrastructure developments. The position ensures compliance, transparency, and value delivery through effective sourcing, cost benchmarking, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external consultants.

• Prepare and manage RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs in coordination with engineering, commercial, and legal teams.
• Develop scopes, technical schedules, and tender documentation.
