Tendering Specialist

Job Title: Tender Executive

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• :Identify and evaluate government tender opportunities relevant to the company’s product
• sManage the end-to-end tender process including documentation, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up
• sHandle sales and business development on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) porta
• lBuild and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and procurement official
• sEnsure adherence to tender guidelines, compliance policies, and statutory requirement
• sCoordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) for accurate bid submission
• sNegotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable business outcome
• sMonitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trend
• sTrack tender pipeline and contribute to achieving business target
