Tender/Quotation Specialist

Job Description

To ensure customer satisfaction through effective quality proposals to Hitachi’s customers and delivering results from managing the lead to Purchase order handling to ensure repeatable customer business.

How you’ll make an impact

• Ensuring the successful execution of our tendering process in South Africa.
• Monitor and achieve importance KPIs including Revenue, Cash Flow, Inventory, On-time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, etc.
• Ensure that all tender execution related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements, financial targets as well as schedule commitments.
• Build up strong relations with customers and manage customer satisfaction by on time.
• Proposal reviews with factory management and factory Project Managers to ensure full fulfilment.
