We're seeking a dedicated Terminal Foreman for a full-time, in-person position in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the terminal, managing team members, coordinating workflow, upholding safety standards, and ensuring overall efficiency in operations and performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision and direction for terminal operations each day
• Uphold OSHA standards to maintain a safe and compliant worksite
• Carry out routine maintenance on mechanical systems
• Identify issues by visual and auditory inspection
• Perform urgent repairs as needed
• Track and communicate updates on project progress
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures
• Keep the terminal environment clean and hazard-free
• Apply safe work practices consistently and support a safety-focused workplace culture
