Terminal Operations & Performance

• Lead overall container terminal operations, including vessel operations, yard planning, gate operations, and equipment deployment.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs such as berth productivity, crane productivity, vessel turnaround time, yard utilization, truck turnaround time, and safety metrics.
• Optimize operational planning to handle peak volumes, congestion, and disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Safety, Health, Environment & Safety (HSE)

• Establish and enforce a strong safety-first culture across terminal operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISPS Code, port safety regulations, environmental norms, and internal SHE standards.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive environmental sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency and emissions reduction.
