Supervise a team of warehouse staff. Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention. Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime. Implementation of Corrective Actions and convey to the team the implications. Uphold inventory integrity. Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing. Take disciplinary action on staff when required. Work with Planner to align the daily production orders priority include 'Hotshot' & 'Delay' for the day during daily production meeting. Establish Shipment planning listing for Operations to focus. Focal to communicate with Operations and Planner for any issue that impact the shipment fulfilment. Ensure Transpak deliver the correct base skid ordered.
