Territory HR Business Partner

To implement Human Resources strategies, policies, plans, programs and manage all HR & IR activities relating to the territory with the view to achieve business goals.

To deliver high quality HR interventions across a range of HR activities in order to enable line managers and employees to add maximum value to the business.

Plan and implement Industrial Relations strategies for workforce at Territory level and provide professional advice on terms and conditions of service, training, labor legislation and discipline to departments for ensuring tension free Industrial Relations and maximize utilization of human resources for achieving the Company's objectives.
