Territory Lead, Trauma and Extremities

As a Territory Lead, Trauma and Extremities (Dubai and NE) , you will champion Stryker’s industry-leading orthopedic solutions—supporting hospitals and surgeons in Dubai and NE with our comprehensive Trauma & Extremities Portfolio. You will partner closely with orthopedic surgeons, operating room teams, and biomedical staff, becoming their trusted expert on implants, surgical workflows, and enabling technologies. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive territory growth through clinical excellence, strong customer partnerships, and strategic execution.

• Define and execute a strategic plan for your territory (Dubai and NE), prioritizing key accounts, managing leads and opportunities, and identifying growth potential.
