Corza Medical is seeking a Territory Manager, Ophthalmology based in Malaysia with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive growth in the ophthalmic surgical portfolio.

What You Will Do

• Market Development & Demand Mapping
  • Conduct comprehensive ophthalmic demand mapping across Malaysia, including:
    • Key hospitals (government & private)
    • Eye institutes and specialty centers
    • High-volume surgeons and surgical units
  • Analyze procedure volumes, customer segments, and product usage patterns to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop account penetration strategies based on hospital infrastructure, surgical trends, and unmet needs
  • Continuously assess market potential and adjust territory priorities accordingly
• Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the ophthalmic surgical portfolio
