Roles & Responsibilities
1. Visit doctors, clinics, and chemists daily in your assigned area.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners.
3. Onboard new doctors into the Nvron Clinical Partner Network.
4. Achieve monthly sales and partner-enrollment targets.
5. Update daily visit reports in the company system (Zoho).
6. Collect market and competitor feedback from the field.
7. Coordinate with the head office team for orders and follow-ups.

Skills Required
1. Confident communication in Tamil (English is a plus).
2. 2+ years of field sales experience.
3. Ability to build trust with doctors and customers.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven.
